Project Update #4: Phases of the Website Redesign Project

The goal of the OCLS Redesign Team is to create a complete site design and architecture plan for the website developers based on community feedback and our professional experience.

The following are the general phases of the project:

  1. Audit/map the current OCLS website - November and December 2013
  2. Review blueprints of the site - December 2013
  3. Build Beta Blog - January 2014
  4. Meet with website content owners to discuss their sections and pages - February through June 2014
  5. Feedback from beta testers on content - March through June 2014
  6. Build architecture of new site - July 2014
  7. Test new site layout with beta testers - July 2014
  8. Design new website - August 2014
  9. Feedback from beta testers on design - August 2014
  10. Site design and site layout approval from OCLS Administration - September 2014
